I won't be posting automated responses, just replies from real people here.  I've had a surprising number of out of office automatic replies including one from someone on maternity leave.  Pet Links System had reached their mail quota and I'm not sure if the Worth1000 email went through or not, so that's 1 or 2 options down already.  I've had a lot of good responses too though:

The lot number is located on the back of the bag in the lower right hand corner and it will begin with the letter "C".
Was it the Clumping formula or the Multiple Cat Clumping formula?
